This book took me straight back to elementary school with its imaginative illustrations and childlike poetry. I can't even count the number of times I've laughed out loud while reading. Although fun and silly, some of these poems are also deceptively insightful, and that's why I think both children and adults alike can read this and have a good laugh. What I love most is that the author draws from his experiences as both a physician and a father, and it really shines through in his poetry. A few of my favorites are Belly Watcher, Pet Dinosaur, and Magic Pill. I highly recommend this book to anyone with children and/or who just needs a good laugh!!Product details

It is a nice book for children of all ages. All my children have enjoyed Dr Nangia's Poetry and his sense of humor. I will strongly recommend this book for summer read.
This book succeeds on many levels the poems are thought provoking and aimed to teach life lessons. The illustrations will keep the Childs attention and should be utilized in an elementary setting. Generally very well done.

This author/MD has created a wonderful book full of comical poems that where fun to read. Kids loved all the rhyming words and hilarious pictures. It's great to laugh at some of our day to day experiences! I recommend this book of poems for everyone, it's sure to make you smile)
This is a book for anyone! This is a book written by someone who has devoted a great deal of thought to what it is he does when he works out a poem, and it is formed by his practice as both a writer and a medical doctor. This is the best poetry book I've ever read; at least the only one that has made me laugh out loud!!!
I got this book for my 6 year old daughter and she just loved it, it kept her attention and she loved telling us about the poems inside while she laighed and giggled. The same week I got her a book mark, which three mths after I got her the book she still keeps it on her night stand and reads it from time to time, I reccomend this book to anyone with kids, esp. if they are in the hospital!!! After all lauter is the best medicine
Such a great cute book! We read it to our daughter every night and she's only 4 months old. I love how it incorporates little fun life lessons into the stories. With so many selections, I can go a week without having to rummage through her books to find another one! Loved it so much I bought them as gifts for my niece and nephews.
